NOAA forecasts look good for the entire length of the Massanutten. Will decide Thursday evening.

I'm going to pass on tomorrow. The predicted gusts (23mph for most of the afternoon) coupled with a predicted left cross at launch (280 to 290 degrees) bring launch conditions beyond my comfort level.
