It was West, than it turned North West.
Now xcskies.com is showing West on most models for Friday.
Thursday seems too much south west right now, so I am aiming at Friday.
Let's keep it open for Friday if that's okay.
For now it looks like Pulpit will be the best option.

Looking good for Pulpit for tomorrow, Friday June 26th.
I'll be there latest 12:30, but hopefully much earlier.

Not sure I can arrange to get away from work tomorrow... But will know better in the AM, maybe it will be possible.

FYI, Sunday still seems like it might work, and the prob of storms has been dropped to 30% or so.

Wow, the Holfuy station was reporting stronger conditions than I would have expected... But seems like the gusts were sub-20 late in the day, hoping to hear some flight reports!!!!

Strong conditions started proximate around noon.
Did not launch before after 3pm and was the only one that flew.
Rich, Walt and Bacil came and good for me, they helped me launch.
Thanks for the launch help and big thanks to Bacil for being the dedicated crew/driver, not bringing his HG.
Crazy Launch, but as long as you got safe in the air, the conditions wad good, but never perfect for XC.
Flew proximate for 1-1/2 hrs and got prox 4k on it's best over and landed at the golf course.
Just came home, so will post a video and more, tomorrow.

FYI - Was definitely HG flyable at Woodstock on Friday afternoon starting around 12:30. Early (before noon) PG pilots left because of SW cross but direction and good cycles started by 12:30. Got a bit strong at 1 pm for a while but then better. I was alone and chose not to fly PG even though it was fine since I haven't flown for months. If I had my HG, would have flown.
