Grrrr, wish I could (and couple days ago at WS for that matter!). But stuck working this weekend, then traveling next weekend.

For those who can get away, and if it's not a mtn day (too cold?)...

Just wanted to mention that a practice day at the training hill should be on everyone's radar. Seriously, make a point of getting out there at least once in the winter, it'll do ya good!

Smithsburg, Kirshners and Taylors are all in good shape right now. SB worked out great late this afternoon.

Thanks for posting about the training hill. I could use a day there. I will keep on eye on the list server to see if you are heading to SB.
