While Tues was a possibility for getting away this week....

No-can-do for Friday (another possible WS day), can't make that happen. :(

So I'm lookin' at Daniel's on Sat at this point, fingers crossed.

Here is a quick video I made for the young couple who lived in the farmhouse next to the field I landed in. After watching John land in the main lz, he did fine, but it looked a little rock and roll, I decided to land in a field to the west of the main lz's.

Randy and others that went there, can you comment on the condition of the launch? Looks like things are growing back in and a site work party might be needed again! A little unclear as to what field you landed in and it's location relative the hg field across the road with the spine that we use to land in and whether we have permission to land in the field you landed in.

The launch is doable, but could use some work. Bacil and Jon tramped down some grass. I treated the field I landed in as an xc field, hence I made the video for the young couple. It is not a usual field that we land in. Check the video. There is a track of the flight.
