Memorial day at Blue Sky

Post by krryerson »

Hello,

Went to BlueSky on Memorial Day, Monday, May, 27th.
Had a great time and special thanks to Steve and Lisa for offering AT.
Did some experimental filming with the 360 camera, Insta360 One X, and the Movavi editing program.
The selfie stick is partial visible, due to attaching a silicon cover protection over the camera, ( that goes of next time).

If interested, check at https://youtu.be/5zOOvNEzw8M

Thanks!
Wait till you see the Woodstock video.
Really fun doing this and sharing.
Not about me, but for us hangies.
Thanks to Tom C. that I got this camera and it is fantastic!
If anyone wants to fly with it next time, I'll be happy to let you guys try it.
I can edit it for you guys and/or give you some pointers.

What sort of compute requirements are needed for 360 video Knut? Like, gigs per hour (or whatever timeframe) of footage? What sort of (Mac/PC) processor for editing? Separate GPU needed? Memory card requirements? So many questions! :D

Have a 2 year old $250 laptop.
Nothing fancy. Don't even know what the memory chip is. Mostly every thing will work, but instead of waiting for 1 hour, waiting to complie a big file; with a faster, it might take you much less time, 15 minutes or less.
Sorry for not being more specific.
