Been watching for several days. I've certainly got my fingers crossed, but I'm also a bit pessimistic because the 'casts seems to be swinging further N every time I check in.

Looking NNW and doable for the sfc forecasts. No guts factor like there was earlier in the week.

No snow here in the valley so road has got to be open. I will be there at 10:00 am if at least one other pilot commits. Looks good for HG in the morning and mid day and PG later.

Well, it was worth a try I guess....
Considered Pulpit, but without more pilots chiming in, WS seemed the better bet.
Great direction and strength on the drive out.
But winds at launch were almost calm. Sigh.
Hiked with Gary a few miles south, and then we hit the road for a couple awesome NVA breweries once back. No complaints!
