When one also considers what’s happening at the other pole and Greenland’s ice melt, our weather cycles/patterns are influx (nothing novel about this proclamation). Not sure how it relates to Region 9 flying but if last year’s rain totals are a harbinger of things to come, we're most likely in for more of the same.

To say the least, last year’s precipitation was off-the-scale for region 9 and this NOAA map highlights that “hammering” relative to the rest of the USA.
