UPDATE: CHGPA was not the winning bidder for the 24acre North Parcel. The LZ Action Team has engaged the new owner to secure a LZ agreement.
Auction: The Hill Family Farm (aka,?Bridge Field) Nov. 6, 2018. Result: ~$670K winning bid for the entire 73acre property.
