Taylors Mon 2/19

Post by Eric »

I’m keeping my eye on the precip forecast for President’s day at Taylors. Wind direction and speed look good to me as of right now. Any others interested in a President’s Day training session?

I think it looks good for there on Monday. I am unavailable but would go if I could.

Hmmm... Does look like the showers will be AM only, and with the 70s on the way, have to think that it might be more SW than S. Could be nice! But not sure I have back2back thill days in my plans... Hmmm, tempting....

The mist cleared around 1:30-ish. Conditions were mostly light and cross from the SSW with some good cycles straight in. It was just two of us. I got a few and my bro got several solid flights. I was glad to have a “makeup” day since I couldn’t make it to Smithsburg yesterday.

Good for you guys, for getting out there! Have to admit that the cold gray day kinda tanked my motivation :(
