Kirshner’s knob (aka: Happy’s Hill)

Post by Ward Odenwald »

Good day at Kirshner’s. BTW, the locals call it Happy’s Hill in honor of Happy Kirshner. Earlier this week, it’s soy crop was harvested and today (with a 310 to 320 degree wind direction blowing at ~10mph) Juan had 4 solid flights on his new Sport 2 Technora. Hoping I can say the same when I’m 80 plus years!

Also of note, Happy’s Hill has another side (facing east/south east) that was part of the same soy harvest, including the field out in front of this direction. The owner of all of this land rents its use to a large farming corp. Could be wrong, but it looks like we have both a NNW/NW and an E/SE training hill!

Happy about Happy's Hill,

So Kirchners is once again available even if temporarily for training/practice? Music to my ears!
