FS - Tickets for Roger Waters at Verizon Ctr Friday, 8/4/17

I have two tickets for the Roger Water's "Us and Them" concert at the Verizon Centre on Friday, 8/4/17 at 8 PM. They're good seats on the floor close to the stage (Section 3, Row V, Seats 9 & 10 - 22nd row near the center). I was supposed to go with one of flying buddies, Greg Beyer, and his wife (they'll still have the adjacent seats), but due to unforeseen circumstances, my wife and I won't be able to attend. The tickets were purchased directly through Ticketmaster on the day they went on sale and were $561.30 for both (they were $250/ea plus the venue service fees).
