Am at laucnh - looks soarable right now, but a little cross. I'd be surprised if it doesn't turn on throughout the evening.

Cloud development / weather isn't quite ominous but worth watching

Winds were a bit cross but i found an OK window to launch in - there were light thermals off the ridge and ended up skitching around on them for a while instead of the (marginal) ridge lift.

Not an 'epic' day - but was really gorgeous seeing the fall colors, and was my first time flying this site - the man (larry?) who owns the property behind launch is really nice and we hung out a little bit
