Highland, Thursday Sept 3

Could be really good. Light winds (surface and aloft) in addition to respectable thermal casts (XCskies and NoStepper). Ward

Hazy, HOT and very Humid but watching Rooney return to Highland – Priceless! Jim towed us (JohnM, RichE, BobB, GeoffM ) into the haze at ~2pm. Being last in the Q, I was just in time for the flush. After six 360s (clinging to zero sink), I almost beat Jim and everyone else back to Highland. Bob, who usually defies gravity, was on the ground 15 min after the rest of us. All things considered, the forecasts were off but I was happy - Very Happy to be there!
