Heading to Taylor Farm Training Hill tomorrow for some L&L practice and exercise. John M is teaching a class as well. Come on out! I'll carry your glider up the hill once for free

Jesse owes me a carry! I was saving his offer for when I was all tuckered out; but by then he had packed up and left. Winds were very good, although we did have to wait for some cross cycles from the East. John had most of his students working the bottom of the hill, while Jesse, Anthony, Eric and I were busy from the top. Roll call included Young Lee and Jay, who had been inspired to search out a HG instructor by the cool YouTube videos they had seen; Perry, whose kids had given him a couple of lessons as a gift; and Justin and Lucy, who have had scooter tow lessons at Blue Sky but wanted to add some more foot launch work to their experience.

I was able to get in four flights, all good, and each with better landing then the one before.
These were my first flights since July 5, 2014, so I am stoked to be under a wing, again!

I took the US 301 route home so I could grab some barbecue at Johnny Boy's in LaPlata. The backup at Dahlgren to get across the Nice Bridge was annoying but not terrible.
