Weather site update

I updated the weather forecast page at http://arlwinds.dyndns.org/bin/weather.pl

NOAA recently changed the naming of its data sources and that caused the metograms to fail occasionally. Fixed that.

If anyone would like me to add other sites, just let me know the coordinates (as precise as you know) and the zip code or nearest town. It takes me a minute to add a site.

I added BLIPMAPS (with Dr Jack's permission) to the my weather page.
