At 7:00 am July 16 there was a black Honda RIdgeLine racked for gliders (but no gliders), Virginia tag WTD-2118 and James Madison U. decal, parked a block from my house in Alexandria.
Anyone know who the pilot is?
Oh, and it was in a no parking zone.
