Tom,
???? The surface pressure map looks good in the PM.? Isobars are curving east to ESE.

Thanks for the pictures, Tom!
For PGers, it was indeed a fantastic day, with cloudbase at 6500 ASL. Let me add some more details: Tom, Juanito, Mark, Stephane and I all had multiple flights, toplandings, etc. I think it's noteworthy to mention that Juan went over the back for the first (?) downwind PG cross country flight from Bills Hill. He got to the township of Roaring Springs, about 23 miles straight line distance from launch. As you can see on the pictures, Tom flew XC through the entire valley in front of launch, an excellent flight & foto tour.
There were also a 4 HG pilots showing up. Bacil didn't like the light conditions on launch and left without a flight. Doug and JR had sledrides, whereas Mark had a better flight and was seen above launch.
Indeed very much worth the money. Especially, if you carpool
Cheers,
Marcel

bills hill
Tom and Juan were a lot of fun to watch. It was an interesting day. It was a little light for the hang gliders but flyable and probably would have been soarable if we had gotenoff earlier.

Bills on Labor Day+1
On Tuesday, I flew Bills twice in the afternoon (on the PG). I had my camera, but never got high enough to take any pictures. Winds were never more than about 7mph on launch, mostly 4.
