who's been flying in Costa Rica?

Just possible I?ll go to Costa Rica a week or so, and would like to have a good excuse to take a wing. Has anyone been flying in Costa Rica in recent history and have some site data and contacts for me? Opinions about best places to fly? What about any websites, or e-mail addresses for local pilots and/or clubs (incl for Spanish monolinguals, we?re into hispanophonics) ? Also, I remember an article in USHGA rag not that long ago (I think it had some pics of coastal sites, but maybe also ref?s to mountain/ interior?), but couldn?t find the issue in my pile?anyone know of this ?Foreign Soarin? piece?
