Anyone thinking of flying on Sunday??

Maybe Pulpit? NW 5 and 40 degrees.

Or Maybe Blue Sky if it's L&V and Steve is there???

I just checked the Richmond forecast. It looks like it could be real pleasant there tomorrow. A bit warmer than up north and almost no wind.

I'm not yet ready to fly just yet but I'd like to get out of the house for a while. I wonder if Steve's business has slowed down enough that he'd be willing to pull some of the PG pilots up?

I talked to Steve. He will be there on Sunday and can tow after 12:30pm, including PGs if they have their own tow equipment.

Kinda/sorta thinking about HRock... Looks pretty cloudy at the Pulpit, and I'd like to avoid major road time (got plenty of that coming up for the holidays). But the 'casts are *soooo* light.... Hmmmm....

It's forecasted to be L&V on the ground from Richmond to Hagerstown. Richmond will be nearly 50 degrees. My still sore from the motorcycle accident hand is telling me I should keep my promise to myself and not attempt to fly yet, but the little devil on my shoulder is trying to convince me otherwise.

I hear Steve at Blue Sky will tow up the PG pilots too if they have the proper gear. If I did I'd be tempted to go. I'm tempted anyway. I think it could be an outstanding day there.

Blue Skies and Bly Sky!!!

The clouds burned off at around 12:30 down at Blue sky and temp went up to 55 degrees with crystal clear blue skies!!!!

I got one hour and 8 minutes in my hang glider!!!

Okay-- that was six flights. But still, I was able to rat around in some thermals on most of the flights between 300-600 feet and got several couple hundred foot climbs.

Karen did three flights and I got in a sunset flight in my PG.

Fun day. We were the only ones there.
