Flying Site-for Kiting and small ridge soaring

I don't think anyone from the Newark Delaware area to the Maryland Baltimore County area know anything about a nice site called Fair Hill Park off of Telegraph Road /RT 273 Cecil County/Delaware County The park is 5700 acres of open fields gravel roads to all areas of rolling hills.
The park is intentionally used for horse racing, however with 1000's of acres of trails and rolling hills. It is perfect for small launches from 160 ft to areas where there's ridges where you can soar when conditions are right. Please contact me prior to just showing up there's a back road call training hill which is the best way in. Depending upon wind direction will depend on where we drive too. Doug 443-377-2256
