Tomorrow looks like it could be a nice lighter day at the Pulpit. Could be perfect, or could be L&V. Let's see what it looks like in the morning.

Anyone know the status of the HG secondary at the Pulpit? grass height? crops?

Not to throw a spanner into the works.... But maybe High Rock would also be an option tomorrow? Would be fun to land in the Ft. Ritchie parade ground, smile!

Did anyone fly the local HG sites on Sunday? Flew that sailplane and it was simply a spectacular day. NW @ 10ish. CB at 7K most of the day rising to 9K towards the end of the day. Stay-up-able at 10:45 am. Not turbulent. Widespread lift. Reports anyone?

Ellis and I flew the Grob at Front Royal for 2 hours (I guess nobody was waiting, else they would have called us down after an hour). Had to pull spoilers to get down. My favorite glider is always set up, already pre-flighted, just get in and go! - Hugh
