OT : Changes to the CHGPA forums

An initial set of changes to the structure and charters of the CHGPA forums has just been completed.

The most important change relates to this very forum : Flight-Related Topics ("FRT").

FRT will now be confined to topics that are directly related to actual flying activities at our various sites. Off-Topic posts will be moved to other forums.

Topics that are relevant to FRT include: Flying plans, weather discussion, post-flight reports, site maintenance efforts, and the like. A more complete description of this forum's purpose can be found in the FRT Forum Charter announcement, which appears at the top of the forum.

A new forum ( CHGPA Club-Related Affairs ) has been created for topics that aren't related to the actual performance of aviation. We'll be moving topics to that area as time permits. In the meantime, a selection of topics that are more relevant to club business than to soaring have been moved there. We suggest that you visit the new forum to get an idea of the type of discussions that are appropriate for it.

Topics that aren't within the scope of the FRT charter will be moved elsewhere by members of the CHGPA BOD.
