Front Royal Airport airshow Saturday 9/14

The Front Royal Airport airshow is scheduled for Saturday 9/14. I ran into the airport manager Reggie Cassagnol when he showed up at the North Mountain Vineyards Silent Airshow on April 20th just after I had landed there. He invited us back to statically display our gliders. Jon Brantley and Dan Tuckwiller and I are the definites. If anybody else is interested let us know. The airshow is being dedicated to the pilot and wingwalker who were killed in the tragic crash at the Dayton airshow this past June 22nd. Bacil

I will probably be there but without glider. Zelda will be using my glider car for her bike trip.

I contacted Reggie Cassagnol, the Front Royal Airport manager. The airport personnel would love to have us statically display our gliders. We can stage as early as 8A. They are planning on having hot air balloon launches 7A-8A, a formation fly by 10A - 11A (The Flying Circus out of Bealton), closing the runway around 12 noon - 1P, then the show starts. Bacil
