on launch technique: be a part of as many launches as possible. eventually one will note the following. there are pilots who, regardless of conditions (but notably in strong conditions), you will feel as though you really didn't do anything, even as a wingman. and their launches are consistently strong and safe. emulate. don't be satisfied until you are one of them.
