Hog Back

Post by Joe Schad »

The National Park folks are releasing 93 Peregrine Falcons at the Hog Back launch area. They started in May. The site is temporarily closed from May 9 to July 12, 2013. You may already be aware of this. I just learned of the Falcon release today. Apparently there have been 103 Peregrine Falcons released there in the past two years. 94 of the falcons are still in the area.
