It seems that tomorrow (Tuesday) it will be raining or snowing in most of the places.
As Dan said, it looks ok today PM at Daniels:

That is a gust factor of 100 to 200% with a gust differential of 15 to 20 mph. . I recommend H2's and H3's review the recommended flying conditions for our ratings with regard to gust factor.

H2: smooth winds 18 mph or less, gusty winds to 11 mph.
H3: winds of 25 mph or less, with gust differentials of 10 mph or less.
