A new" No Trespassing Private Property" sign has been posted on the road to Daniels launch just before the start of the 4-wheel section. I talked with the home owner who put up the sign (he was hiking the road and talked with me at launch). He said that recently people parked at that spot and when they started out their wheels spun the gravels. He was very concerned about the maintenance of the road. He likes to see us flying, he just wants his road maintained. Do not park there. The owner suggested if we want to park we should park further down the road. Parking on the paved road is the safest. Be sure to get your car all the way off the road so we don't annoy locals. Tell any new pilots about these concerns. The no trespassing sign is so no cars park there. We can still use the road.
