As many of you have stated, the biggest problem at the Woodstock launch is pilot technique. Here is an excellent article with supporting photos that demonstrate the good, the bad and the ugly. That was a great article. I remember reading it the first time and this was a good refresher.

Just watching videos of our own launches would help identify errors and improve technique. With all the Go-Pros and other video capable cams out there now, this should be fairly easy. If you have the ability to take videos of your fellow pilots and you aren't otherwise occupied how about offering to do it?
