Dunes on Cape Charles?

I've been searching for some decent costal beach dune sites and was wondering if anyone has any information on the following..1 Kiptopeke area ..There is a state park there and generally the dunes appear to be 20 -30 ft tall with Butlers Bluff at the far Northern end reaching over 50'..There appears to be decent landing area ( from photos) faces SW

2. Savage Neck Dunes;; Hard to tell the height but my guess they are 10 -20 ft tall ..maybe taller ? and face NW
Both are on Cape Charles and with significant Winds might produce some fun soaring possibilities..if they are
in fact soarble and permission can be gathered.. If anyone has any information let me know thanks...Rich
