It looks favorable for flying there on Friday. I am planning on it. Other takers?

I'll be there Sunday. However it looks like whole weekend will be dominated by high pressure and blue skies with low top of lift. A good day to have friends in the air.

Lift on Friday was light and hard to find for most. Joe Gregor probably had the fod for an hour maybe and Christian also got one nice thermal for a while. I only got 12 minutes after release. Pilots were still trying when I left early at 4:00 pm so perhaps it improved. Sunny indicated they have a lot of tandems on Saturday and Sunday so expect some waiting. I may go again one of those days.

It did get better. Light lift and some drift.

Joe had another 1 hour flight 4000ft. Kirk about the same. TR (from PA) similar. I had a decent too.

Today Saturday was a fairly good day there with most pilots getting some soaring in. A pilot Paul got atleast 1:30 maybe 2:30 and Doug Rogers also got a long flight. On my first tow, I got dropped off above a group of 5 or 6 gliders that had been working an area of lift for a good while around the time it started to die but was able to extend my flight for 30 min and later did another 30 min flight. Pretty day out there with quite a number of pilots and tandems.
