Hang in there Chuck! Having been down the PT road myself (for both HG and non-HG reasons) a time or two, my only advice is to find a place that is truly interested in your goals (eg, they are proactive, suggesting new/different things that might help you), and to try to find enough time to really push the PT envelope. Motivation and goals are key, and if the therapists know what you're trying to accomplish, you might see better results.

I'm really sorry to hear about your accident, and I hope that your recovery is relatively quick. Keep us posted about how you're doing, ok?

sorry to hear about the leg Chuck. Glad you are now fixed and OK!!

from thousands of lessons at KHK, i've seen many pilot flare big/early and bring the bar back in. not a good idea. sand is forgiving but it generally results in a epic pile in and sometimes facial/head injury. better leg injury than head injury!!

Not getting out of the sport ... but, i'm out for about two years ... figured i would take the money for the time being 8)
