A few PGs are planning to head to Daniels tomorrow afternoon. Laszlo's ETA is 4pm. I'm hoping to arrive earlier.

Thanks for the heads up. I just called in with the earthquake flu, so I'll be joining you all there today.

It'd been awhile since my last flight. It seemed that lately I was only practicing setting up and breaking down--and that's on the few times I even made the drive this Summer. So I was eager to knock the cobwebs off my flying.

I got there early and put in a couple of hours of gardening with the loppers. It might be noticeable.

Then Steve Kinsley showed up followed by Nelson Lewis. Steve launched first and got right up. However, the wind partially died soon after, so I potatoed on launch for a while. I then convinced myself that I saw more movement down below, so I launched. I worked to get up, and finally did.

Nelson launched about a half-hour after me waiting for stronger conditions.

We all got decent flights. Mine was 1 hour 11 minutes and 816 feet over launch.
