I hardly knew Keavy, but she was such a happy person. She happily jumped out of the tug when I needed a tow because she was practicing just towing with Sunny and Adam in order to perfect her technique before the ECC. I'm sad to have missed the chance to see her more and to know her better.

Many thanks for the link Amy, it's very helpful to have at least some preliminary information about this tragedy.

I'd like to remind all readers that the focus of this particular thread is remembrances of Keavy and expressions of
sympathy to her family, friends, and colleagues. Any detailed discussions about the accident should be held in a
separate topic... And should perhaps be deferred for a little while out of respect? Just something to consider.

Keavy
Though eagles will cry your absence
Your presence is un-erasable
Your joy will bring us joy
Your selflessness inspiration
May God bless your adventurous soul
