Dear all and sundry;

This is a reminder that if you are not already on Joe Gregor's TFR waiver
list and have not signed up for the High Rock Party by, like, yesterday,
we can't promise you can fly if POTUS is at camp david that weekend.
Actually, we can't promise anyway until we get the waiver, but it has to
be submitted soon. Like, yesterday. Or thereabouts.

I'm afraid I didn't wave flags and make this clear before, but hey.

And even if you are on the list, if you sign up ahead of time it will make
us very happy and so will wander about making contented noises.
