OK, I do not wish to impugn the word of my fellow pilots, but since the club (?) is going to be on the hook for Betty's airfare and the barn rental - plus a lot of work by volunteers - I think we should collect money in advance from participants, in case it's a booming day and everybody is tempted to blow the repack off and go fly. Just sayin'... I'll confirm with Carlos that he is willing to handle the funds as club treasurer. Whaddaya think? $50? $60 with delicious food catered by Peter? If we make a profit, would an honorarium to Betty be in order? (Maybe even if we don't make money...) BTW, she is bringing her chief parachute designer Paul Gargano out with her (no travel expense to us). - Hugh

Maybe 3-5 extra guys.
We would be happy to pay a small fee as well from above.

James! I for one welcome the PPGers - first time I met you guys was at a Betty Pfeiffer repack down in Amherst VA. Thanks for being polite and asking. I see no impediment - the more the merrier (and cheaper).

Posted on another repack thread, now here: I am going to make my wheelchair/walker debut before the assembled multitude. Have prepaid for two chutes and can participate in repacking them, will have two more ready if others want to throw them and there's time to repack all 4 (2 x HG (1 tandem) + 2 x PG). Sallie will throw at least one PG reserve. Anyway, all this by way of preamble to say that three (3) of us (me, Sallie and her mother) would like to partake of the gourmet lunch Pete is providing, if possible. Cheers - Hugh
