My mom went hang gliding with me!

It was really special.
I couldn't believe she went, but I think she was really proud of herself. She wants pictures from the video to put on their Xmas card!

I almost had my mom convinced to do a tandem flight with Bill Bennett several years ago, but I made the mistake of letting her watch a video of us flying that included Bill pounding a landing at the Fairgrounds LZ with a tandem passenger. No one was hurt, but my mom decided that a hang gliding was not in the cards for her. Later, I did convince her to take a tandem whitewater run down the Lower Yough in an inflatable duckie (a small kayak-shaped raft) with Dan Demaree and she loved that!
