June 30th!!!
That's planning ahead. Or do you have a time machine? If so, may I borrow it so I can go back and re-adjust my retirement portfolio?

PS Your spario is in the office at Highland with you name on it. Thanks again for lending it to us!!!!!

Re: Highland Friday July 30?
Friday was very pleasant at Highland. Francesco, Carlos, Kirk, Wayne, and some others posted. On my first tow I released at 1,800 ft taking a 4 knotter to 4K. I pushed into the NE headwind about 5 miles upwind to move away from an overcast developing from that cloud marking the first climb. In the sun, I found bits and pieces of lift that I worked drifting back to the airport. Caught one at ~800 ft over the airport and milked it to ~2,500 ft until finally succumbing to the overdevelopment; 1:15 for my efforts.
Waited for the sky to recycle and took another tow. The air was not as dynamic as the first flight and only managed to nab 30 minutes.
The wind showed a shift to the NW and the sky recycled for the third tow at ~3:30pm. The thermals were 2 to 3 knots and quite delightful. Left the thermals at 4,000 ft because I was cold to descend and play in the warmer air at 2,000 to 2,500 ft. Lift was widespread and abundant. Let down after having my fill nabbing ~1:15.
The other guys all had multiple flights with soaring success and plenty of smiles.

Congrats on a nice flight Danny. John Simon has had a lot of epic late afternoon flights there too. Those of us who think its always dead after 4:00 were wrong. I'll quit being in such a hurry to get home next time I visit Ridgely.
