Website access issues resolved

We had a glitch in the nameserver configuration for chgpa.org
but it has been fixed. Apologies for the downtime that you
may have been encountering yesterday and today.... I *really*
hate it when stuff like this happens on a flyable weekend, because
of the impact it has on making flying plans. Grrr.
