Hellam Hill in Mid-Atlantic Site Guide

Post by hang_pilot »

Hi, Rich (everyone)-
?
I believe that the site guide protects sites rather than endangering them by clearly spelling out the protocol.? ?Of course, it is completely your call whether or not you want the directions or even the site included in the Guide.? I’d personally like to see Hellam in it.? Our other north training hill, Kirshner’s isn’t ideal:? LZ is rutty, landowner sometimes partitions it with an electric wire, sits in a bowl with strange local wind effects…all this I’m sure you know very well!? Please just let Christy know.
?
THANKS!!!!
?

Hallem Hill isn't in the site guide.? The sites you named that were closed were never in the site guide (not since I've been doing it - which is since 1988).? Sometimes the guide is good because it gives the rules for the sites. The location of the site doesn't have to be in the guide. When this is the case, the guide will give a contact to go through.
Christy
