HR Part deux?

Post by dbodner »

Anyone thinking HR this weekend? It might be crossing right instead of crossing left. But we might have two days of decent weather to choose from.

I like Pulpit for Sunday so ya, let's fly High Rock today!
I want to get some pictures of the cube also.

After a couple of phone calls - not much luck so far:
Dan T not feeling well,
Mark C out of town,
Matt & Karen each otherwise committed for the day and not available

Dan T and I are both still looking at Pulpit for Sunday

Or maybe not. Blowing 17 gust 25 at 1:00. That is a lot stronger than I thought it was going to be. Going to the stocker w pete s where it will probably be blowing SW at 2.

At the Stocker, Steve and I were buzzed by two very playful eagles who kept on our six.
For me I was somewhat concerned until they flew line abreast and I could see they were not up for a kill.

Awesome flying only a 1000' over but really nice. We also were able to land at the bridge field as an airstrip wide swath of the crop was cut down and removed, it was cool lining up on this runway.

I'd just got out of my harness saw a car coming and boom got a ride to Z top. How cool was that? :D
