Smithsburg - open or not?

So, I heard some rumor that Smithsburg is now open all year round. Before I head out though, I'd like to confirm this rumor?

We wish, but that is not the case. It is closed for crops. There is a small possibility it might open between plantings and Eddie said he would call me if that turns out to be the case.
