A photo from the Swiss Paragliding Champoinships shows up on Yahoo as one of the top 3 most e-mailed pictures today:

I'd originally thought that the image might have
been photo-shopped... But I found the web site
for the comp, and it seems legit:

The phot comes from Martin Scheel who is known for professional PG photo shooting

If you look at the Swiis Comp photos you will see that the new comp PG harnesses are looking more like the hangglider harnesses (closed). The Top Wings are looking more like big kitesurf wings.

Finally the Swiss Alps are the most beautiful to fly (cfr Fiesch) and the Swiss are the best PG team in the world since years.

Well, in the Alps flying a HG comp.? We cruise through some heavily PG’ed areas on course though.? This past few days has been the Bavarian Open from Hochries near Munich.? We fly OTB in Austria over places like Kossen and Kitzbuhl where the local sites are jam packed with PG’s.? Last week was Griefenburg which is also packed with PG’s.? That comp was actually HG and PG, just flying in opposite directions.
?
Rooney set up a blog for me to post my flights to for family, friends, or whatever.? xckevin.blogspot.com .? My ramblings there keep list traffic down.
