I guess the third time's a charm. I had flown the Pulpit twice before, each time heading straight to the secondary. But this time I did go straight up and up. I think the temp reached a balmy 32F (not including the wind chill) up top but it was a really nice day with strong but not too strong air. We stayed up as long as we wanted ('til our faces were numb) and then went back top to help Gregory with a perfect launch. Those RW's are incredible. Working on video but it's a new camera so I'm not so good with it yet. I'll post when I can. Awesome day, awesome site, awesome people. Shoulda been there. Thanks Shawn.

Try a helmet with a face shield. Ya gotta keep the plexiglas clean and try not to scratch it up, but it saves on sinus infections. I put it up for landing to get the best view of the ground for flaring. - Hugh
