How to make a windsock mast

Congratulations to those pilots that won brand new wind socks in the fly-in raffle. I promised that I would post instructions for building a wind sock mast; then I remembered: I already did that, 6 years ago, when I wrote an article in Skyline:

I'm out for this year, but I'm going to try very hard to get back in the air next Spring.
