Withholding info doesn't help me at all. There's nothing to withhold--- a quorum of the BOD is needed to decide the future of our local fly-ins. The quorum will be at the Pulpit Fly-in.

Unless the Pulpit is being sold off or some new regulations are being imposed, I too don't understand an absolute statement like that.
