Tug Pilot at Blue Sky Sat. Aug. 2nd

Post by PKane »

Hello everyone, this Sat. the 2nd we will have a tug pilot (Kevin Carter) at Blue Sky if you want a change of scenery. We have been getting some good flights here lately too. Hope to see some of you "northerners" down here this weekend. Fri, Sat. and Sun. look good. Fly Safe, Peter

Weather on Sat. turned less then favorable so Kevin decided he would come out Sun. and tow for us. I did an out and return to Tappahannock. Had a head wind out (N) and a cross wind back (W) for a 3 Hr. flight. Thanks Kevin for coming down and towing for us. Peter

Peter,

That was an awesome flight you had!! Can't wait to get to that point to do the same. I got to truck tow for the first time later in the evening... around 7ish. I had three nice, smooth tows to about 900-1000. I really like this truck towing!
