Pulpit Sunday 8/3

Post by XCanytime »

If not too north, should be decent. Past patterns at this time of year had the Pulpit turn on, turn off, turn on, turn off, go magic. Looking for a repeat.

What about tomorrow? 40% Chance of rain actually means 60% chance of no rain. And who cares about cloud cover if it fans in at 15 mph, I mean it's not like we get to be picky this year. Sunday looks not too shabby either, but that forecast is of course going to deteriorate. They always do, and they always change for the worse.

What about Woodstock on Sunday if it's too north for the Pulpit?

Woodstock will be quite light on Sunday. Pulpit is still looking way good on Sunday, and should have a wind strength that will be suitable for both PGers and HGers throughout the day. I'll be there early Sunday morning.

Will be at pulpit with a couple friends tomorrow on our way from Tater Hill (NC) and Lookout. Will swing through Woodstock early morning in case anyone wants an eyewitness weather report

Hey David, the TFR doesn't go up until 2:45, plenty of time
for a High Rock flight. So that *is* an option....
