Q: I might be planning a Culinary Adventure to Florida and was wondering if you could recommend a good wine to pair with either Manatee Carpaccio or Bald Eagle Fois Gras?


A: You get the award for the best question ever asked. Heeheehee. (Obviously, readers will know that Batman must be joking about snacking on our endangered friends!)
BTW, I assume you are not the "Batman" I know from the DC area? And how many Batmen with a sick sense of humor can there be?
