Sport Class & Clinic

Seems that the cat is out of the bag on this one. Yes, the sport
class is now official. If anyone is currently signed up for the meet
and would like to change to the sport class, just give me a shout and
I'll take care of it. I've also updated the registration page at
http://www.aerosports.net/ecc.html to include the sport class. This should be
a great time for anyone who doesn't have the equipment / experience but
still wants to try out some competition.

Also, Paris Williams will be coming up a little early and is
offering his services for some XC training. He will be available from
May 31 to June 3 on an individual day basis. Cost is $60/day plus
tows. Give us a shout if you are interested or have any questions about
anything.

Questions about the clinic:

I'm sure more than one person will want to do the clinic with Paris each
day, so how does it work? Does he have an upper limit? this is a
fantastic opportunity...thanks guys!

Hey Brian,
??? There will be a maximum of 15 pilots per day.? You may have seen the Oz Report ( http://www.ozreport.com/9.103#1 ) this morning, but Paris sent in a good description of what to expect from the clinic.

"This clinic will be geared for pilots with some cross country experience who want to take their skills to a new level.? We will use the format of a competition, so pilots can practice using a GPS, develop navigation skills, and think about racing strategies.? We'll fly a different task every day, with pre-flight strategy talks and post-flight debriefings, and cover lots of information with ground schools each morning.? Because a number of pilots have expressed the ability to attend only part of the clinic, the price of the clinic will be set up on a day to day basis.? Call Highland Aerosports at (410) 634-2700 or email Sunny at: <sunny> for more information." Adam Highland Aerosports Inc. Hey, guys, I have a friend who is getting into the massage business.
Is there interest in having one or more masseurs/masseuses available at
the comp? They would expect to get paid, but it might be just for
tips. Let me know... - Hugh
