Got out there at 9am with one H-1 student. Winds were light and straight up frome the NE and ENE. Got 6+ flights from the top before winds switched to the ESE by 2pm. Kayla making good progress in the prone position. Linking turns, etc.

PS: better begin calling ahead for the official okey-dokey to fly there on weekends. Its going to start to get busy out there. Call before 2pm on a Friday. Ask for Sandy or Pam. Be nice, polite, explain your experience level and your intentions. If a particular day is "booked" you may ask if leaving by 12 noon would be an option. It often is.
410-887-1818. FYI: Carry your rating card and present it if asked for. H-1 + pilots can fly unassisted. All others must be with an instructor. Helmets must be worn while flying there. There have been some paraglider pilots ( not ) using them there, causing safety concerns. Also; this is a relatively light wind site. Do not attempt to fly there in stronger winds. Please abide by long standing safety agreements between the county and the local clubs. Should you have any questions about the site or its rules or regulations, feel free to contact me at: 410-527-0975.
